BLACK ISLAND

Commonly known as Malajon in native dialect, this island has unique physical characteristics which include limestone formation, three small caves with mini pools and a 150-foot black rock rising from one of the caves. Surrounded by white sand, Black island serves as a resting place for fishermen and a source of edible bird’s nest and guano for fertilizers.
